There must have something wrong happened with your shipment. But if I remember It right, the whole process will be closed after 30 days automatically if you not complete the transaction, wasn't it?
What I would do, I would contest it, get my money back, and order the same thing from Amazon, yes it is some $ more, but for sure much easier to handle and faster too. Somewhere down here in this thread someone ordered the tripod one from Amazon and had it within a week or so, can't remember the exact amount of days.
But that's only my 2 cents. I had mine within 17 days or so.

Damon, If you ordered off ebay , request a refund. That is what I did. The refund came quickly as the seller wants to keep a clean record. Then I ordered from Amazon and received in a week. The cost was just $27....

You feel like you overpaid?

I got one too (from Chicago) but paid more and got it in 4 days off eBay. I printed a narrow MPS to FPS conversion strip and taped it to the top.

I think the best way not to any shoot a Chrono is to not multitask, with these small ones especially.

I ordered mine from AliExpress. The seller extended my "purchase protection" for another 30 days when I contacted him on March 18, which then extended the dispute date another 30 days. There's a button for opening a dispute. I just messaged the seller and advised that if I don't see it within a couple of days, I will be opening a dispute.

I really like the unit on AliExpress, not real crazy about the Amazon & eBay units that seem to clamp onto the end of the barrel? But if I can get a refund, I guess I'll go that route. I don't want to have to wait another 30+ days to see if one from AliExpress shows up or not. Not a real good impression for my first order.

I already have a Caldwell with app for the smartphone. I bought this one because it was cheap, and I can clamp it to the barrel. I don't have to worry about shooting it if it's clamped to the barrel, right?

How does the vel. reading compare between your 2 chonos? I'd read that you needed to be back around 2 feet to get an accurate vel reading.

I have the clamp on model, it reads every shot, and is close enough for reference. Way better than not having a crono

F.Y.I. the little cable has an integrated lithium battery charger built into it. It isn't just a cord.
There is no charger circuitry in the unit itself.

I did get a chance to go fishing this past weekend, not a bite!

If you noticed it lowers the usb voltage from 5v to 4.2v. Also senses when charged.

I ordered from AliExpress on Feb 22, it still hasn't shown up and tracking still shows that it's in China. I finally filed a dispute, and my money was refunded about a week ago. I looked back through this thread, and folks were receiving their shipments in about 17-23 days. So I figured that something was wrong when nearly 2 months had gone by. I ordered the same unit off eBay for a little more - it was $34 but it's shipping from NY.
