I had added them to a MC order after the original posting.  I haven't tried them yet.  If I recall correctly, the poster mentioned the OD was a little larger which in turn makes the stack a bit longer.

The height of the washers was a little taller. Still working good. First shot after sitting all night was 15 fps higher out of the gate.

Does anyone here own a Liberty in .177 and .22?  I'm curious to know the difference in shots per fill between the two. I looked online but couldn't find it anywhere.


I've come across two smoking deals on the Liberty in .177, though I was set on buying a 22 cal once they're back in stock at ATI.  If the .177 gets a significant number of more shots per fill than the 22,  I'll likely purchase it for primarily a backyard plinker. Then I'll  get the .22 later this year when squirrel season returns. If the shot count difference is negligible,  I'll just stick with the 22.

 Close to 2x the shot count with the .177, though a .22 could be tuned to match.

The screws and  washers came in from McMaster Carr today. Super fast shipping!! Getting rid of the spring and replacing the two screws made a huge difference. I was not able to get a two stage trigger no matter what I did but I now have a very light trigger. Maybe around 1-1.5Lbs and is a huge improvement over what it was.

I plan on replacing the Bellevue washers this weekend if I have time. I will chronograph it before and after to see if it helps to maintain a more consistent FPS for me.

Well, the PO finally decided to deliver my Liberty. PO Web site said that it was delivered Fri but there wasn't a pick up slip in my box so I had to ask for it. Like I said my po not so good$ !!!

Mine either !!!  USPS sent my last package priority mail and read a 7 as 1 so it went to Texas by the way of Pennsylvania !!  I proceeded to send it back to the exact person and the exact same place and now they don't know where is !! Tracking on USPS site stated the package will be arriving late ?!! Called my local and the postmaster said it went to Champaign , Il and tracking stopped after that..

Thanks. I got the stock off but used a ball tipped 4mm driver in between the forgrip split. I guess I'll take a metal screw and drill a hole in the round plug and pull it out that way so I don't mare up the rest of the stock and just leave it out. What PITA!! I know why the had to do it that way. They wanted to use the butt stock on the Liberty and the Freedom.

I also think I fount the leak that Dairyboy said was around 600 psi in 24 hrs. The pressure bleed off screw tightens against a nylon ring. The end of the screw looked almost like it had been trimed to length with a hack saw and just touched up with a grinding wheel. Very ruff. I took a 5 or 6mm flanged nut, screwed the end of the screw until just about flush and used that to keep the screw vertical while I polished the end on some 1500 sand paper doing figure 8 s around and round we went! lol

For this reason I ordered 2 Gaunlet mags. The Liberty mags, are not that good.

Quick question to the "Liberty Community" Any idea on how to do mags holders for this baby? I'm so used to my mags holders on my Taipan that not having them on my Liberty makes me really sad...I'm storing them on my pockets but sometimes I go prone to take shots and I'm afraid to damage them.

The problem I saw was the spring inside, the bend that goes into the hole was too small and it kept getting out while under pressure. That's why on the video I added epoxy so it stays in place and doesn't go out, while doing that I added a bit more pressure. The marauder mags have multiple holes so you can adjust it... not that it was needed, but I think it help.

I have been using the gauntlet mags without issues.  I wanted to not mix with the Mrod mags I have. 

As far as mag holders on the gun, I don’t like the rattling noise when loaded.  I prefer a muffled rattle in my pockets.
