Upon disassembly, I think that I discovered why the Xisico B25H had a harsh enough firing cycle to shear off the scope stop screw. See attached photo of the piston and what remains of the seal.Any recommendations for a new piston seal? Since it's a clone of the Diana 34, would those seals be okay to use on the Xisico B25H? Who sells quality seals at a reasonable price? If it's not too expensive, I might just want to get a whole new receiver and reuse the existing cocking linkages, trigger assembly, barrel, and stock.Thanks,-W

I used Air Rifle Headquarters Diana 34 seals in mine. These ones I believe:https://www.airrifleheadquarters.com/catalog/item/251485/43075.htm Cheers, G

It's possible that I can cobble together a working air rifle using parts form both the Ruger and the Xisico. Thanks for the link to the ARH page for the piston seal. If I know that everything else will fit together, I'll want to put a brand new piston (and breech) seal in it.Edit: I just went ahead and ordered a few piston seals, including a couple of these.I'll wait until I have a good amount of time to this project, so it's fun instead of frustrating! I've got two good guns out of the pile and one ok gun, lol.-W

My original Flying Dragon XS25S, then a parts gun Mike sent me when I had a problem, because he's so awesome. I also took a gamble and bought a box of parts on Ebay (just for a good looking wood stock) that turned out to be a complete Ruger branded .177 XS25 missing a single e-clip. I made two good 25s and one 'ok' one out of the pile of parts. Pretty sure I've got the ARH seals in all of them. Good luck and have fun

Good luck and have funI took the Ruger Air Hawk apart this morning just to see what I have to work with. The piston seal in the Air Hawk was undamaged, but seemed very hard. The piston assembly is also in better shape than the one in the XS25S, and the mainspring in the Ruger is two coils longer than the one in the XS25S. I definitely want to keep the XS25S barrel and stock. I might put the Air Hawk's trigger blade and/or assembly in the rebuild, just because the Air Hawk's trigger is metal instead of plastic. All in all, I think I have all the parts needed to rebuild the XS25S. I'll wait for the ARH Maccari piston seals to arrive, and then see if I'm right.-W
