figured out the marauder is 15 ft lbs even with the hammer throw and spring preload adjusted for minimum power.

Got my Beeman Sportsman 1000 barrel straightened out today. Determined that the problem was caused by the barrel to breach pivot and contact points, not the barrel.

I spent a lot of time considering what my next PCP will be. Reading reviews, pricing out upgrades, and delineating a pathway to what my end-game would be with such a purchase. A little amusing to go through my Excel spreadsheets the guns the started on the list are still there, and a whole lot of ones I added afterward are no longer there. Still seems that the best guns for the money trend toward the Taipan Mutant and EdGun, though there's a pile of others that are just a hair off.

friday ordered two mk 177 barrels for 2 new Crosman 760's, and a .22 discovery if i need it for a 101. And a old BSF 55.

Was at a ham radio event and someone gave me a Daisy 177 out of nowhere because they "heard I like BB guns." I don't particularly like BB guns but they must've heard me yammering on about airguns on the radio.

Did some shooting with my son this evening quickly before he went to bed. Good times over all.

Spent a good part of the day mulling over whether or not to bid on a Daisy Avanti 887 Medalist that was on gunbroker. It clearly needed a CO2 tank and a front sight, then checked on price and availability of those.
Once I decided on a max price... and placed my max bid.
Woke up this morning to see I didn't win.
Oh well, wasn't meant to be.

Did a little pellet testing and very happy with the results of the JSB 18.3g pellets. Thank you ShakySarge for sending me the pellets to test.

Received a cheap chinese scope and some mounts, mounted it on my hatsan striker AR to see how it fits, don't know if the mounts will stay put or if i need some more sturdy ones...

Temps never got much above 45° F today with a breeze so I just kinda' stayed in and read a bit. Come to think about it, I did go out on the patio briefly this afternoon when Sally Wagger went out to make pee-pee & poo-poo.

Had a relaxing day with 2 old wood stocked 760s , now have one shooting real nice, and waiting for the mail delivery drivers to thaw out to deliver the needed parts for the other one.
