I went to a local Sportsman Club for the first text they we're open since I found them a couple weeks ago. Met some really nice guys and got to shoot some awesome guns. My favorites we're the TX200 and Daystate Huntsman.

Actually, I ordered one last week while in FL and eBay cancelled my order- as it was "against the law to ship to VA". Needless to say, I called eBay directly and got into a lively conversation, citing several air pistols I've bought in the past on eBay, as well as citing the laws the guy pointed out went away several (meaning a couple decades) years ago. By the time I was done with the back-and-forth, that 150 was already sold. Listed for $79

Peter if that's the one that I'm thinking of (it was a buy it now deal) well I jumped on that deal because it had just shown up on ebay. It's now my favorite 150 cause now everything is working perfect on it and shooting really straight. I see there's another one on there which is a buy it now for $175 and it's been buffed and dolled up extensively but still don't look near as nice as the one that I picked up.

I did spend quite a bit of time getting it the way I wanted but it really turned out nice, the only cosmetic thing I did to it was oil blue the tube cap, the insides of it was really caked with old decaying o rings, the hammer was seized really bad, it took quite a while polishing all the o ring grooves but when all was said and done it was well worth it.

The guy said that it had a stripped out screw but what was really wrong was that someone had assembled it wrong, in doing so they had buggered up the threads a little on the valve so I chased the threads with a tap then ran the bolt through a die, last time I assembled it I used blue loctite on it.

Put 100 rounds down range in the attic again this time practicing holding both eyes open. Had to make some minor adjustments to dial it back in.

Installed a JSAR light weight tube in the .25 Synrod. Now both of my Marauders are light and well tuned.

Finaly got my replacement vortex gaspiston for my hatsan 95, so most of the evening yesterday i tried to reasemble the gun, and when i finaly did, the gun would not engage, so i now what to do after work today, more hatsan maintenance…

I added the Hajimoto barrel band to the 23ci tank on my Gauntlet .25. Boy, talk about barrel droop! I had to go 3½ turns down on the elevation adjustment on my scope to get the POI back where it should have been to begin with! It's stacking pellets quite nicely now and dropped a squirrel at about 40 yard. Between the replacement baffles and LDC, poor thing never knew what hit him!

My Vantage seems to have lost power. Had t come up on the elevation, but still seems to have lost power. gonna check the seal first and while I am at it the piston. ...some thing to do I guess.

Haven't shot much for about two weeks. Been busy sanding and varnishing. Today I opened the gun cupboard and the gun I reached for was an underlever Gamo. Not a Weihrauch or a Diana. Just an ordinary Gamo. They are the guns I shoot the most. Not the best but the most used. Last rabbit I took, which was a while ago, was with a depowered CFX.
I have even decided not to chase a Diana 280 despite Airgandis review. Don't need to because I have underlever Gamos.

Experimented with some barrel bending on an old Beeman Sportsman 1000. Went to far. Now have to bend it back some.

Nope, not odd at all, today i shot with my Hatsan AR that i got for 50$ on a sale, and it just works and works and is realy fun to shot with open sights, not my 1000$airgun with 500$ scope

I shot the .357 Slayer a whole bunch today at 100 yards at the gun range. I was testing eight different slugs. A lot of questions answered too from the PB gang.

Today I resealed my modded 1322 carbine. Also fixed barrel alignment issue on my 2240 with carbine stock, and Shot the 140 a few times, its so loud I don't shoot it as much as my Sheridan.

With the Sheridan its a kind of a Doink Sound when fired. the 140 has a definite Report such as a PB.
I wonder what is the reason?? shorter barrel? Tomorrow i break out a target and check them all for accuracy, over all a great day for Tinkering with my AGs.

Yep, probably shorter barrel and larger caliber. Try less pumps. I normally only put 5 pumps in my pumpers for "yardwork".
