I’ve had numerous blades break off by having too much extended and putting too much pressure . Be careful and  wear safety glasses . You could also sharpen drywall putty knife that’s close to the same width and it would be a lot less likely to snap off and fly somewhere unwanted .🙂

Manny, did you consider attaching a sharp curved blade like a guillotine blade mated to the surface the tips stick out on? With a long enough lever, it should shear right through those tips with one motion.

Have you tried a wood chisel,
bevel side on the block and push thru keeping the blade edge even with the plate?

Might be easier and faster...

That's the way I might go, next time at the hardware store I'll check them out,...but honestly the blade route isn't to bad at all

So, after I was done with the 2nd tin I lubed both sets with Dry Bike chain lube, and went to test them,

I was so happy to finally have my EunJin ready for the mags that I decided to take the SuperStorm .25 and the new pellets out for a hunt, I went to the Papaya farm and at 4PM I put a stalk on a family of 6.

will have to go to the hunting gate to see the rest

 on some 225-55-rf & Bator 225-55 rf (Lee) will be trying this... with hot knife or hot sharpened on one side putty knife... cuttin cold distorted the base slightly... just used maple for the blocks and cut with an exacto I have...but I was only trying to get an aprox weight... still need to finish the .224 barrel... pics of what I  got in reply 2 in below thread...

made some Daisy pointed .22 almost work by taking a bit off the nose...almost accurate after free handing them to look like Crosman's rounded .22 points... before would go off in a 6" half crescent  in a random direction after about 15 yards... just used a nail file.

But yep  tinkering the round is an enjoyable hack when/if you pull it off...and cost a lot less when powered by air..

Yeah, I'll definitely look into one of those, but honestly a box cutter does just fine, this is not a high volume shooter but a pure hunter so not that many pellets are really needed.

Very nice jig Craig! And way to go Manny for thinking of it!  Now that I have a RS2 .25, and have a few tins of the Eunjins, me want to try too!   Let us know how the modified Eunjins shoot in the gun...and how fast is your RS2 pushing them.
