Let's just suppose.....You make a deal with a foreign manufacturer to be The Exclusive importer in the US for a particular line of air guns. You make the investment, have your company logo put on the gun and come up with a neat name for each. You order, pay and take shipment on a container of the guns. Meantime, you build a website and market the guns. And you build a following for those guns.... life is good and the future looks bright..... or is it.Suddenly you're blindsided by a well know German company who manages to somehow take one of those guns and have their logo put on it and a different neat little name and get it into the US through an American dealer..... then another, then another.... then a completely different importer gets even another one in, and then another.....Just suppose....What would you do?

Now if someone out there failed to care about customer service, he could be in big trouble.
I haven't had any bad dealings with Mike at Mrodair. I ordered a .22 Varmint and had it a week later. I had an issue with putting air in it, sent it back to Mike and in a few days, it was shipped back to me. The problem with the gun was explained to my satisfaction. I'd buy from him again.

All received in a timely fashion.
Ordering from MRod feels like entering into a shady drug deal. You know you'll get your stuff, but don't ask too many questions.
But worse are all those good stories of Mrodair doing right by them, doesn't make me feel any better after being worked over by this guys lack of customer service. Maybe he treats people better that buy complete guns from him, vs someone that just orders parts. If that's the case then put a disclaimer on your website and if you're not going to answer voice messages and emails, then say that instead of me wasting my time, and $$$ I would have simply made the parts that I ordered, which btw I ended up doing because seriously 4 months is my waiting limit.
Just placed an order for 2 CP1s - a .22 and a .177. Then I found this thread....lets see what happens....fingers crossed!Dan
