I hope we get to see the same line of SPA guns that we already have available and some others as well. Such as the PR700W pumper and the one that has the barrel inside of the air tube. (forgot model number). Heck, why not shoot for everything SPA has to offer?

Air Venturi released the Pumper as the Seneca Dragonfly. Should be out soon.

Yep... I was looking for it this morning.... no sign yet. I inquired to Tyler some time back and he said they were working on it. Gotta love Tyler and Co.

You'll have to wait like the rest of us, my guess is the IWA show at latest will be when something is announced?

I would like to see them at a reasonable cost too, less than what all these dealers are getting for the Diana's, Diana isn't going to give them away but being 3rd part in the US they're not way over priced either.

As far as trying to get service from Mrodair. GOOD LUCK! Although I did get a reply stating that they do service items, there return address is a residential area so UPS wanted $36 just to ship back my Varmint to Mrodair from Southern California.. He only offers a 30 day warranty so basically even if you're lucky enough to even get service it's going to cost you for labor, parts and shipping. I have been emailing Julie at SPA and I am wishing that they do find another US distributor who is worth a darn. I do like SPA so I just ordered another Diana Stormrider from PA and in the mean time my Varmint will go into storage and maybe someday I will find someone who can fix it. While trying to extract the broken off piece that is still attached to the firing pin I did enough damage that I'll now need a new firing pin and bolt handle. SPA in China does seemed to be willing to sell most parts minus barrels and stocks but I'm not that mechanically inclined.

Bottom line,

Caveat Emptor!

So what was the final status with this?

I suppose I was one of the lucky ones. I ordered mine and he shipped right away. I've got a P-12 in .22cal. It works beautifully, and it more accurate than I thought it was going to be.

Is Mrod-Air now totally defunct?

My Varmint was fine too for a while but once you need something for it, just forget it. I'm hoping someone else takes over the US distribution and we can finally really get to appreciate these guns. I don't know how far Diana plans to take it but at least they've got a good reputation. As far as I'm concerned, Mrodair is rogue and an artificial company.

I contacted Visa told them I've been waiting for 2 months for an order, tried honestly 20-30 tries emails and leaving messages and got no reply.

Talked to Visa folks it took all of three days for them to return my money to my account.

I'm not sure what is going on with Mrodair.

I'm happy with my P-12 as well, would like to pick up a P-15 .25, knew about Mrodair suspect customer service, so I went with a smaller order first, as to not be out of too much if something happened.

Man that's a bummer. All the times I've chatted with Mike he seemed like an okay fella. And a straight shooter it seems, at least he always was with me. I hope nothing bad has happened in his personal life that has created such a void.

I was hoping to get the upper receiver mod so I could use the magazines. Also I was looking to add a regulator. The gun works great without it, but I've just never loved the idea of the bell curve sweet spot. A regulator is just a simpler way to go.

At first I felt as though I was taking a flyer on the P-12 thinking that if it turned out to be a dude, I could still get some use out of it. But after one shooting session I fell in love with it. It has proved to be more consistent and accurate that I originally thought it would be.

I hope someone steps up to fill the void.

Ok so I have a request for all you guys that have had luck with Mike at Mrodair. Could you email him and ask him if he has mags for the P15 in .25 caliber ? I emailed Max at the address listed (max@mrodair.com ) 2 days ago and no response. Mind you this is a request to had them money and no response. Please do this and see what occurs. I'm really really curious at this point.

I do understand the frustrations, but I wouldn't jump to conclusions. He could very well just be out of pocket and unable to respond. It could be for medical reasons or whatever the case may be.
