I remember one guy dumped the water out of his and he said it didn't get any hotter than it did before he emptied it.This is the one I just bought a WW. Water for cooling? It doesn't mentioned anything about having water for cooling or are you just trying to be funny I'm using it to top off my PCP when my SCUBA tank gets lower than 3000 psi. Working just fine for that.

Wayne, so where is the water? Is it in the tube or in the base? I have not completely disassembled mine, but I did shake and listened for some sloshing! I didn't hear any...

It seems like it's between the high and low pressure tubes, actually orings keep it from going in the air, there were a couple of guys that got them from ebay and water actually shot out of the fill pump when they went to pump them, come to find out they had bad orings in them from China. I like the idea of the stainless myself because they don't rust like my Benjamin did.
Quote from: FuzzyGrub on July 26, 2017, 11:53:51 AMCurious, the Diana at the top of the thread looks to have enough room to add a shroud, but Wayne's pic looks to have a tighter gap between barrel and airtube. Is that a change in design? or artifact of Wayne's pic? Has someone (David?) already fitted it with a shroud/baffles?Rocker1 (David) has awesomely effective LDCs for these. I have his hushers on both of mine, they look great, too..My .22 Varmint is just a 'sneeze' and a 'whop' when the pellet smacks whatever ya aimin' at, ha ha. The .177, just a tad louder, but still very quiet overall...Justanuthajoe,This is a great 'first' PCP, especially with all the guys here that can help if there is a problem. Highly recommended!!:-) chickie

Tyler from PA........his review.
Our very own Tpatner412. Tyler does a great job here and at PA. He's been doing great unbiased video reviews for a while. Proud to have him as a member for several years and as a member of Team GTA.
Didn't know Tyler was a member of GTA. Good to hear.
Yes Wayne, that's the one.I've seen Tyler jump right in and satisfy the most unhappy customer right in the open forum. He's a straight shooter and does what he says he'll do. Don't take his kindness as weakness... if he can do it he will. If he can't, he won't say he can.We are a better place having him here.

And I try to help folks out as much as I can. This forum has introduced me to a lot of great folks and because of the knowledge gained here and through first hand experience, I get to play with airguns full time LOL. Don't worry, it's not as terrible as it sounds LOL
I have one of the pumps and have been alternating between it and my Hill pump for about a year. The China pump has held up fine with no issues. I don't think mine has water in it, but I have not taken it apart to be sure.
