It could be the second stage but it has some oil in the filter and second stage check valve looked clean except for the water. I measured the fill rate when compressor was brand new and it was 0,456 l/s, I will check what it is now.

I ordered a YH compressor as a backup for my Tuxing setup from the same seller as GenDoc has noted receiving a coin and not a compressor.   That order is shown to be in US in transit and does show "epacket" on the shipping information.  I would suggest that anyone contemplating an order for one of these compressors refrain from doing so until my order is delivered or at least contact those who already have a YH and order from those sellers only.  I will post what I receive as soon as it does arrive but it may save some people the trouble of pursuing this with Ebay and Paypal.

Ok, that's strange, usually the normal piston rings start to seat better with some use.
Could be a scratch in the first stage.

i ask the post office this morning if they will deliver a crated shipment from china, they said if its within weight limits they will. but most likely will be a pickup at post office.
but an "epacket" is a small padded envelope the postman said.

 Well your seller is not in the good old usa anymore, You have to remember your dealing with the chinese! Here people. They will set-up an office here or a relative's home, With Little to no Stock,  They Take your payment that could very well be sent to a Cal address, But your order will in fact be sent from China, I just went through this with a seller on Ebay myself 3 months ago, It was for a Hand Pump, My Cali seller  stated in stock. It was in fact 3 1/2 weeks before I receive it. The USPS is slow But Not that slow Sorry,  I would advise anyone that orders chinese items to CONTACT First and get ship times in writing when they claim the item is in the usa. I guess that a lot of us lucked out in getting the compressor in less than a week but we paid a little more for the it.
I have had mine for a month now and t's still going strong and I never allowed it to go over 55 degrees C. Bob

Ran down the pressure in the PRod to just under 1000 PSI..
Put it on the compressor and noticed air leaking around the QD & fill nipple.
Shut down and looked it over and everything 'looked' fine.. Restarted it and held the QD and presto, no leaking..
It took all of 20 to 25 seconds to fill to 3000 PSI. On a small reservoir, this thing is fast!
I really have to watch the gauge and be ready to stop filling.. I vent and switch-off at about the same instant..
Found no moisture under the bleeder. The RH in the basement was 44% at the time.. 

I've not shot the AT44 enough to refill yet.. I assume it's going to top-off in under 60 seconds..

Had my first scare today.  Not the compressor's fault. I was filling my 2.17 liter tank per the norm when a loud hiss comes from my scba valve.  Scared the poop out of me as I was NOT expecting it.  Turns out the fill station valve that screws into the main bottle valve had a chitty oring in it.  The fill station valve has a hand tighten means of threading into the valve and it allows for a bit of pivoting action of the attached pressure gauge.  This may have allowed a knick or weakening of the oring.  The oring failed under pressure of about 4200 psi. 

Quickly I shut the compressor off and closed the valve on the scba tank.  Air pressure continued to hiss out and I noticed a bleed hole in the main valve which I believe is there for this very purpose, should an oring fail.  Not sure if that makes sense from a safety perspective or not.  I guess so.  Assume you forget to open the main valve on the tank and begin to fill and get above 4500psi.  There is no burst disk at this union but perhaps it's designed to have the oring give way and has a place for the extra pressure to exhaust itself to nothing blows up?  Make sense?

Anyway, after the remaining pressure in the fill whips and big High Pressure Gold filter had evacuated I removed and replaced the oring with a new one and all was well.  Hooked it back up and filled to 4500 psi without a hitch.

From now on I'll be monitoring that oring.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Yep really gotta watch these sellers closely, I will be buying one when they start listing some parts on Ebay as I will not use a credit card on BangGood or whatever it is, PayPal only for me, I already had 2 cards that had to be cancelled because of unauthorized transactions, That were caught by my card holders and notified me, Thank Goodness. It still was a pain to clear up. So I no longer throw them around like I used to. I have emailed some of these Ebay sellers to start listing some parts for these compressors, Or I will shop elsewhere! What good is a vendor that has no parts for sale?  I would encourage all to do the same, It only take a few minutes of time and will insure you can get parts!  And that should help weed out the Fly By Night vendors of these. I don't care if it ships from china or usa, But PayPal only for me!   Cheers! Jaa

Oh dear. I received DHL notification for today delivery. I don't think it said e-packet anywhere. I hope I don't get a coin. The delivery did require signature. I don't think they would do that for a stupid coin. Will post what I find when I get home from work. Mine did ship from China, but is about 2 weeks earlier than I expected.

It was China that in fact that Hacked or Breached the IRS computers a 3-4 years back, And stole our tax returns, Millions of them. That resulted in the addition of 3 more digits to be added to the end of some people's current Social Security numbers. Lots of individuals did not receive their tax returns until almost Fall that year. Is that what that is referring to? A bit long of a read for me right now. Jaa
