How'd that happen?
Makes you wonder was that a 12 land outsourced barrel??? If you part it out I sure would like the rubber buttpad
The barrel looks good. I'd have someone machine the broken end and remaining piece in the block and repress the shortened barrel back in the block. Anyone with a lathe can do this for you. Ed, Gene or @@$$$&^( is taking in work again. Rich might even have some LW .20 blanks left. Worth the $50 someone would probably charge for machine work.If you were hard pressed you could do it yourself even with hand tools at home. Slowly drill out the barrel stub. Or even use a dent puller or self tap bolt. Slightly heat block and see if you can yank it out. Of course you'd disassemble the rifle first. If no joy drill carefully. Chop the barrel until you get a clean face. Ease the leading edges you can start it into the block. Drill a right sized hole in a 2x4 scrap and place over muzzle. Slowly tap it in noting progress by marking barrel with tape. What do you have to lose? Look at it like a $24 project to make basically a Pro Compact!Let us know what you decide to do and if you don't have the desire I'll buy it from you for $50.
Diana barrels are put in at an angle. You will never get a barrel machined and installed cheaper than buying a new gun.
