I'm definitely going to need one of Travis' hammers. I've mis-cocked twice now and loaded 2 pellets.

Ok, Figured I'd go to the other extreme to get some kinda baseline. Primary backed out 4 threads and inner spring all out CCW.
Still had maybe 1/4" preload.

That's a beautiful color of purple on that one shooter

and would make for a nice blending into a twilight hunt scene as for some of those other stock designs...the brothers are scaring me lol

Yeah... that is the extreme. Maybe halfway back in on the primary. The cocking is much smoother. again.. txt file is the stats.

Do you want to shoot that light of a pellet? I usually don't shoot anything less that the 18.13 JSB's in my .22. Agree with the others about backing off the primary spring. Shot count will be better if you do.

Paintballs....among the most satisfying things I shoot. Stupid fun. 34 yards is cheating. Put them out at 50 like a man. lol...

Those stocks are gorgeous!! I'd be scared to death that I might scratch one of them. My painted junk is easy to fix when I screw up.

Your getting the hang of it now! Put that primary spring back alittle more and try to get your first shots in the 890fps range and see how that goes.

I am pretty anal about shooting pellets I can buy locally and use in more than one gun.. I kinda have to, we got 100+ guns.. can you imagine stocking special pellets for that many guns? This gun loves these Benji Destroyers. You'll see when I move into the accuracy stage.

I think I'm going to come back out 1 thread on the primary and call it good for now.
I might try a lower fill. Maybe 2650 and go for 40 shots.
I'm getting zero bounce so efficiency is good.

Bill that's a great shot string! Yeah I think if you back it out alittle more and start at your lower pressure that should work out good.

Yep, and I think these 14.3s are going to fly out pretty flat at 50+ yds.

I can't really see the stats but looks like close to 60 shots around 4%. That's a valid effort on your part. The TSS is easy to adjust in my view.

You can go for more power with less shots but keep the peak centered for best shot count.

A light weight hammer will fix the hard cocking and help with double loading, but also should lower the ES as well. At least with mine it did.

I've seen you guys put out some awesome strings. A lot of you guys are going for more power than I am. I'm after shot count, accuracy and efficiency because I'm filling off of 2 3300 psi tanks..I did put an oring in the barrel band I really didn't see any benefit from it. I think I'm gonna pull that back out.
