Nope....I dont think youve done anything wrong....First off...it's pellet picky ....I have success with the Winchester maximum velocity alloy pellets (4.32 gr) Secondly, MAKE SURE you are using the tool to seat the pellets, and that they all are firmly in placeLastly, (most importantly, as this was the reason mine was failing after every other round), MAKE SURE that the air tank is nice and tight!I thought that mine was......gave it another mildly forceful 1/4 turn, and .....feeding problems went away!I hope this helps you...fun gun when it cycles correctly.....not so much when it doesn't!DJ
