I couldn't take the pressure so I called Field Supply and they say the Gladius is supposed to be in stock tomorrow. Maybe I could have it by the weekend?
Patience is the "virtue".........NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! . I know how you feel Glen as I have been waiting for mine forever. I finally got the scope mounted and ready to rock and roll on the hogs down in Warner Robin. Let me know next time and I'll try to make it.
Why did you need the extra shroud? It didn't seem loud to me. Didn't you get it for long range hunting? If you are targeting critters 75 yards plus I doubt they would hear the report. It seemed pretty quiet for a 50 FPE gun.
Deez:Good to know about the 1500 ft barrier. I wonder if the more rural counties, Forsyth, Cherokee, etc. have more lenient restrictions. If it is a big farm, maybe the acreage alone will be enough. I would look into it outside researching myself to death on guns.
