Will try and get you guys a few pics tomorrow right now we are just trying to get set up , also have had the honor to meet a few new faces, weather was good today but tomorrow is supposed to rain, rest of the weekend looks good so it begins. David

Weather held off today, thank goodness. Got most of the inside area set up and started in the firing line setup. REALLY wet and making things a bit of a challenge. But Hargis and Amy are working hard to get us set up. MANY thanks to the folks that got here early and are helping to get things set up.

Today was nice. Met Lloyd and Tom (QVTom). Got to see the flex. Good company. Met some mods and stuff. All in all great

Was a busy and full day. Finished setting up the inside area with raffle prizes and the Gene-Bob display. Made a supplies run for the Saturday meal. More of the GTA family arrived and was GREAT to see them. Got to meet some for the first time too, was also fantastic. We will have a good feast Saturday. Thanks to Paulie for his world famous meatball subs and the pulled pork sammiches and fixin's we will throw at you. You won't go hungry Saturday!!!
I want to stress something one more time. We were faced with several environmental and weather issues this time. We had to reset the firing line location. And because of that, we have a bit less firing line. Sorry, but we will make it work. I ask that folks please share firing line time. Maybe shoot in shifts? Please stay aware of folks coming and going and allow everyone firing line time. I might even find time to sling a bit of lead myself.

Also a BIG request!!!!
PLEASE use proper firing line safety. LISTEN for firing line commands. And we are a friendly and family shooting group but firing line commands are just that. They are not suggestions or requests.

We all want to enjoy the event and not have any incidents or accidents!!!!
If you see something unsafe, call a command. We do not have a designated range officer, unless you want one. We rely on everyone's training and experience here.
PLEASE come out and join us. Even if just for a few hours to meet, greet and enjoy. It is worth it!!!

For you early birds, I set up a 40 cup coffeemaker in the vendor/concession area. First one in can just plug it up and turn it on. It's loaded and ready to brew.
