I am exploring options on scopes, trying to find a LIGHTWEIGHT yet quality scope. Up to 16x, side AO, 30 mm tube prefered.
Simmons .44 mag is a contender @ 13oz. Any others? Thanks in advance

You might consider the Clearidge ultra RM at only 12 oz. Hard to find light weight in a side AO. The Simmons is a rare exception. Not sure about using it for a springer though, if that's what you have in mind. I like my Clearidge 3-9x32.
