By the way a bag of bird shot on your shoulder will cushion and lessen the felt recoil.. Worked great on sighting in a 12 gauge magnum slug gun..

I used large folded towel, worked good also. Was pretty exhausting after 40-50 shots when testing.

Shooter needs some Sisu for sure.
You should make some armor piercing tungsten sabots and test what is the thickest steel plate you can punch thru. Soon you will have your own hydraulic press channel, or pneumatic drill channel could be better.

Back on topic, and less harassing Chikie. 

To color or not to color, is the big question. Black is always in fashion, but so many guns are black or blued.
Paint in the other hand is well paint, and while nothing wrong with paint it is more of a camouflage and that gets me thinking, shoud I just camo it up or blue the barrel, anodize, and what not the parts?

I think dark green anodizing would fit well and you could spray it with black sanodye after dipping in green, it worked reasonably well when I tested it, creates a long lasting camo. Nothing wrong with bluing the steel parts either.

I fired A Lahti at a 50 BMG competition sight in day............At a barrel at 1 mile..........Guy owned one and let others try it out a few rounds. This about 1992.......... You could buy one then for $2,500 with a BATF $200 tax stamp. The SOLOTHURN 20mm at that time cost $7,500 and were more scarce.

The Lahti gun colors would be nice but the airtube is stainless and that needs to be painted.
