Barrel, action and airtube tipping the scales at little over 10kg, don't know what that is in colonial units.

Some people has this obsession that all air guns that are worthwhile should be hunting capable, well you can hunt with this, just have to be man enough.

Can't wait to test it out, but now that I know the valve functions I need to hydro test the parts to see they are capable safely handle the intended 300bar pressure.
And I need to make another bullet mold, the 1800gr is a bit on the heavy side for testing.
I think I'll start with something light like 900-1200gr

Thats just simply awesome!  I love the design, and even looks like the form drives function, eg that will be quite stabile while emitting a large projectile

And you are correct, the form is for the function, nothing more.
But somehow when you make something just to suite what you want it to do and not trying to make it pretty it just becomes good looking.

How about 3 liter CF bottle instead of the tube? It would give you enough air for two shots or something

Would it be correct to assume that the hole in the side of valve block is an exhaust vent for pilot volume?
