Nikko stirling night eater 4-16X44 help please

Hello all
I don' know if i am posting this in the right place if not please foregive me.
I got a new scope and i'm trying to setup chairgun and strelok to use with the scope, but the problem is i can't fine info on the scope not even on the nikko stirling site! I found a pdf online problem is i don't understan it so well looks like my scope model is np41644md (thats what is on the box) and acording to this pdf it is preset at 16X Does this mean my scope is a true mil dot scope at 16X magnification?
And do i count the mil dots as a mil dot and the half mil dot as a half or does the half mil dot become a mildot at 16X and how do i program this into chargun and strelok i see on strelok that on the reticle hmd reticle nikko stirling it is calebrated for 10X not 16X so now i'm lost?
I'm hitting to low on my targets so that is why i need this info to setup the billistic app correctly.
I am a novice at this and if you dont ask you will never learn

Download chairgun on your computer, you should have a tool that says calibrate mil-dot. You can use that to see what is the true mil dot magnification.
