mega watt disco is leaking...not sure where from...is there a diagram with all the o rings I will need to replace?

I'd check the fill nipple area first. Seems that's the most common. A little soapy water should do it.

mine leaks at teh valve and i have been trying for months to get it to stop.  Next step for me is to either buy a new valve or rebuild mine.     I finally got it down to a slow leak the other day then a few days later the gun will drain in hrs.   driving me nuts

Check the Gauge and Gauge block with soapy water, if you want a good set of Orings contact Norm at http://discosrus.net/disco/

Email him and he may have some 90 Duro O Rings instead of the 70 Duro O Rings, the 90's are way better. The Disco's are known for leaking around the Gauge block Orings.

no gauge on mine...it's kinda a Frankenstein with mostly disco parts...but I bought it that way, didn't build it, so I have no clue what size rings, how many, or where

If it is a Disco tube then you need a set of Disco Orings. The most there are I think is about 6 total, if it has no gauge block then maybe only 4 total, not sure of what your setup is.

should be two at at the fill nipple and two at the valve.  Shouldn't be bad to seal up if you dont have the gauge hole there.

Your Welcome, and when you tear it down make sure you clean it really good with good rags inside of the tube. You also need silicone grease to put on the orings or it will dry out or tear if slide them in dry, you should use good quality DIVERS SILICONE GREASE only. Regular grease or oil will damage the orings and when you put it under pressure the petroleum product (grease or oil) will explode.


Divers grease only.... it will not ignite under pressure.

Can you post a picture of your disco? What is in the place of the gauge hole?

I've had two times my Disco has leaked. The first was from corrosion at the fill nipple, and the check valve stopped working. Got a new fill nipple, and was good to go. The second time, it was from the gauge area. To this day, I'm still not sure if it was from the gauge itself or the gauge block, but I tend to think the gauge block. I replaced the gauge and gauge block o-rings, and I was good. There was corrosion around the gauge block o-rings, which is why I suspect that part, and not the gauge itself.

Soapy water will definitely help, just be judicious, and wipe it off when you are done.
