Im moving to Fort Worth Texas!

Man what a roller coaster its been the last couple months. In Dec I was in zone to be promoted and work out a deal with the guys in charge to take over a spot for a guy retiring. Just had to walk 100 yds. Was a nice plan and already knew most of the guys in the new shop. Then Jan rolls around, I get promoted and the Marine Corps decided to give me the lead in the new 4 bladed huey squadron! Can I get a Heck YEah! I was supposed to check into the new squadron 1 Mar and be the 1st man on deck. Lookin good. Then the new hanger wasnt ready so I was going to be attached to another squadron until it was. No biggy, still state side and I knew most of the guys in the other squadron also, one of the perks being in for a while and the Corps being a small world. Ya always know somebody where ever you go. Love that. Well I get all checked out then go on leave for a few days be fore I detach from my current command and head to the new one. I swing by work last wednesday to find out my orders were cancelled! Wow and nobody here knew it. lol So I tried to find out where I was going adn nobody knew. Nothing like a little limbo to cheer ya up and stress u out. I just bought a boat and the wife one upped me and bought a pair of jet skis! I thought I was gunna have a heart attack. Well I get a call on thursday saying hey come see me on mon, 28 feb, and we will sit down and figure this out, find me a spot here adn maybe if we can sell it one in pensacola, Fla. OK I roll in monday and it turns out Friday they decided to send me to Fort Worth TX! Just didnt know when. lol So after the last couple days of trying to figure out the who what when and where, I found out today I will be going to a reserve base adn taking over as the senior Maintnance Cheif. Holy Crapolie! What did I do in a former life to score this hook up. This is a spot usally reserved for somebody alot more senior adn 1 rank higher than me. This is the closest I have been stationed to my family since I join. And Man its Dallas/Fort Worth! THeres fishing, monster trucks drag races football games! Ill be in the real world again. This will set me up good for promotion and retirement. Just nice when things work out for the best sometimes.

NOW! you can come on down to our air gun club. We have monthly FT match, PFT match, Silhouette match Air Soft Practical Shooting Comps & anything else we can think of... LoL

We have a lot of members that come once a month from Dallas / Fort Worth area to our monthly match's & I am sure you will like our facility
There is no other dedicated air gun club around like ours. Plus we can & do play with powder burners too  
Did I mention we play with a bowling ball launcher too...rlmao

Yote that is true about the junk. Just moved here and still managed to have too muh stuff. Will be a good garage sale.

And serving the Corps is my pleasure! Its a great time most of the time. The only bad time was 29 palms in july! And they put Lt's in charge of everything! What a goat rope. We had no chow or water up on the flight line but they were worried about 1 ac unit out of 10 not working up in he hq building. Lol Lt's
