Quiet big bore, is there one?

Only reason I can think of to shoot hogs at over 100yds a night is doing it from an existing stand to a feeder they are used to coming to.
I would put up a second stand down wind of the trail they come in on at 20-50yds to the feeder. Being a bow hunter I use stands/blinds 15-20yds from trails or feeders all the time. As long as you are quiet and careful of your scent, plenty of close shots

I've always been concerned about the legal grey area of devices on big bore airguns. My understanding is that the ones used on airguns should be made in such a way that they are destroyed on a PB. But the big bores are shooting lead at speeds nearly even to muzzleloaders, so will these devices fail on a PB?

Go to the BATF web sight clarity.  Destruction of the device by transitioning it from one platform to another based on the platforms propellant is irreverent.  The PB platform isn't even allowed to have 1db reduction for 1 shot.  These are environmental devices for collecting lead dust.

There IS No Grey Area! Read the law. Making up the laws is the wrong way to go here.  the ATF has NO authority over AG's. Period. Including LDC's made for them.

This has been tested in the courts, and proven to be the case. Even the One highly toted case where the AG owner was found guilty, (as highly touted by Beeman and AOA) The ruling was reversed.

Please read the law, and possibly the Courts decision, before making up the Law's (to your understanding) for us.

Yes, it is a deer stand. As it is a lease, we cannot add additional stands. Ground blinds that are portable would be allowed. However, I am not thrilled about being on the ground near feral hogs.
They simply are not around during the day, and have become quite skittish at night. Ideally we would like to shoot multiple animals in one group. I am not sure that can be realistically done.

For this reason is why we make rifles that have the speed and energy that they do. We all want to get as close as possible to the game we are hunting but in some cases we just can not make it happen so with an air rifle being limited with speed and power anything extra we can get can not hurt anything even at close range.

My Recluse .357 is Quiet with LDC and so is my Cricket 9mm, 100 yards at night would be my limit on any hog with either one. The Recluse is pushing a little over 160 FPE off the shelf The Cricket about 120 FPE.
If you do a power tune on a Recluse it would still be quiet with a good LDC. In fact My Recluse is quieter than my my Cricket.

I would say my Recluse is just a little louder than a .25 cal Marauder.
