I am definitely going to make a .22 barrel for one or two of my P-17 pistols. Looks like it won't be that big of a challenge. I have a few Crosman barrel cutoffs from stubby projects and such.

Bill I was watching a video on youtube yesterday about a guy that made carbine with one using a long barrel (Crosman) machined to fit.  It's a very simple machining operation for anyone that has access to a lathe especially.  He was getting considerably more power in doing so with a 12" barrel, upping the fps close to 100fps.

     I received my FINAL  QB79 yesterday. I have enough of them , ( for now). The stock  on this one is really nice, might get some true oil and try my hand at doing that. I already have a Xs60 valve modified for it and a few other things lined up. I have too many projects in the fire for right now, but it seems that one is not enough and 4 are too many, LOL. Oh well it will keep me busy for a few months.

 Also in a sepperate box was a "Hoosier Daddy Hat" from an airport store that a fine member here gifted me!

Won an auction overnight yesterday for a very good looking Crosman 761XL Powermaster. Cost me $213.48 with shipping, but worth it to finally get one with the brass paint/plating looking so good and the bluing a tad better.

I stopped at a regional Walmart last night to pick up some basic grocery items and home office supplies. I prefer to support local small businesses and do so when I can, but the low prices at Walmart are hard to ignore. When I do go there I always walk through the clearance aisle and the sporting goods area.

Air rifle selection has improved significantly in some local stores (that's GOOD!), but pellet selection is still very poor... EXCEPT this one store had 3 tins of CPHP 22 at the normal $6.29/500. I had to grab them as all the other stores I've checked within the last two months had "0" or a couple Daisy/Gamo pointed 177s on the shelf. I apologize to any other GTA member in the area who may have also been looking to buy CPHP 22s. All I can say is "you snooze, you lose". I've been on the lose end MANY times when I hesitated to buy something I wanted/needed.

Hoping air gun supplies and ammo get back to normal availability and cost soon. Until then I'll be in hunting/scavenging mode and will not hesitate to pull the trigger on any reasonably priced airgun related items I want or need. When time allows I am currently shooting about a tin every two weeks (that's below my norm). If you think that this 3-tin acquisition is hoarding, then YES I'm hoarding!

Congratulations MB on your find. I think I would have done the same thing.  My RWS460 shoots the CPHP quite well at 20 yards, dime size actually.  Just there are a lot that fall out of the breech while cocking due to being undersized.

I have a couple hundred still in my "hobby fund" I'm debating on waiting till Spring to order my XS60C from FDAR. If I get the rifle, that's $130 + a scope $70 that would wipe out my fund.  Then what if I needed to place a pellet order? Hmm.

I only have one CO2 rifle and it is the XS60C. I got it from Flying Dragon. It is stunningly accurate, and rivals my Daisy 853's. Mike did an excellent job of tuning it up for me!

I ordered a Huma Air High Flow Dual Transfer Port from Trenier Outdoors for my .25 FX Dreamline.  I figured since I have dual power plenums installed and it's now making 50 FPE with the regulator set at 110 BAR, maybe this might get a bit more out of it while maintaining my current efficiency.

May be a fluke find, but, I stopped at Wally World on the way home from the chiropractor. Nabbed 2 tins of .177 CPHP 7.9gr. & 1 tin .22 CPHP 14.3 gr. & 1 40 count box of Co2. There were plenty more, we’ll see how long they last, or if the stock grows. Plenty of rifles & accessories too.

Received my pellet order from PA. All are .22s. Trying out the Hades in the NP-03 this weekend.

Pellets, I ordered a mixed 4 pack of .177 pellets from Pyramyd.  I asked them to hold the order until they had the 8.44 JSB 4.53 Exacts in stock.  We'll see what, and when, we see what we get.

I ordered a Barracuda Sky Blue laminate stock and an AR grip w/o finger grooves of the same color from Boyd's to fit the Benjamin Discovery action around 10 days ago; their production times are from 7 to 10 business days 

Still don't have the tracking number, but the marketing manager assured me (thru Messenger) that they are working on it 

I wonder how the fit is, but I do hope they have made improvements, as I have read that the tube channel is somewhat "generous."

I hope to get it before X'mas

Oh, I am looking forward to seeing that UPS lady again; she is kinda cute and gives me that "special look"
