It's not what I received today...it what I DIDN'T receive. 

What I did receive was an email from FedEx that an attempt was made at 7:20pm today to deliver my RWS460. The email stated that no one was home.  Duh! They always leave the package in the garage whether I here or not.

I hate when people make up lies to cover their own butt.  I haven't left the house all day, it's been raining and I've been sitting around here waiting on them to bring my rifle.

So the key here is segregation/A DMZ if you will.  Think separate safe’s cabinets.


I think the biggest problem you will have is you will spend time with the new TX and think holy &^^& this thing shoots awesome. Then at some point you will go back to the Germans and think Holy &^^& I forgot how well these things shoot.  Rinse repeat.

As somebody who owns both you will not be in the LEAST bit disappointed with a TX200 and depending on the day of the week it may shoot better then the Germans ....... until you go back and spend time with the Germans.

They are all good.

Got a set of Bucket Boss organizers to store and transport my  pellets in. I also got the Lid/Seat which has a sealed organizer built into it, I'll probably put small range tools in it.

It's called lazy, just be glad it wasn't stuffed in a plastic bag and tossed over a gate on a busy highway in the pouring rain. I caught them the second time and let the jerk have it. The only way I know I have somebody at the gate is all my dogs pile up at it barking. One good thing for me being a small town, I know when the ups guy shows up at the post office and just wait for them there instead of them dumping stuff over the gate.

Yeah if only UPS had the delivery but Umarex shipped it FedEx. Around here FedEx is not as reliable as UPS.

I'll call Jeff my UPS guy when he has my package and then I'll meet him at the post office like you do if he's not going to be here early.

Now if it comes by way of the Post Office,  that's a different story,  the lady that runs our little post office is so busy lazy she will usually wait a couple of days to send it out. And they too will say they tried to deliver but couldn't. 

So if it doesn't come UPS I am out of luck.

 I was THRILLED to find my recent pellet order from PA sitting on the kitchen table this morning.
It was delivered Yesterday (Friday) by Fed-Ex and Hoosier Momma forgot to tell me.
 I ordered these LATE Tuesday and paid for 3 day ship but with the Holiday Thursday I did not expect it to come on time, just wanted to avoid the "Smart Post" where they drop it off at the USPS post office for the Mail-man to deliver.
 So not only did they get here on time, but they packed them AWESOME. They must have had some "refresher training" or brought back some of their laid off employees  again. Opened the perfectly sized box to find each individual tin in the old familiar black foam / cardboard / shrink-wrapped sandwiches.
  P/A IS GOOD AGAIN!

i sooo wish I had chosen 3-day. My 8 tins are come FedEx Smart post. They were scheduled to be delivered to the post office yesterday which meant I would have received them today. But like my 460, FedEx didn't deliver them yesterday but have rescheduled delivery for today so now my pellets will hopefully be here Monday. 

I'm not in a hurry for them it just....annoying when you track a SmartPost. I ordered them on the 18th I think so Monday will be 12 days.

This is good to know!  I ordered 8 tins on Thanksgiving and received tracking yesterday.  I chose standard shipping, but tracking says delivery is scheduled for Sunday!  I guess time will tell, I just hope the same person who packed yours, packed mine!

I usually do the postal route but they wanted $29 for priority, nope that ain't happening, changed the address and it dropped to $14. I guess it's coming ground. I have 12 tins coming and hopefully they are well packaged. Glad it worked out for ya Scott.

Found myself ordering more pellets today.  Checked and I already have 35 tins of pellets sitting on the shelf. How many is enough? Seems I can't pass up buying more even when I don't need them. At least 20 different types/brands although I only grab certain ones when I go to shoot. Like an addiction.

I don't know how  many is "enough", but I am pretty sure there is no such thing as "too many"

Looks like FedEx is going to wait till Monday to deliver my RWS460.  Wonder what excuse they will give for not delivering it today.

Oh and my pellets from Pyramyd were not delivered today either, yep you guessed it... FedEx!!
