sort of airgun related.  i'll use it to process squirrels and rabbits harvested with an airgun.  making squirrel tacos today!

So how dose ground squirrel and rabbit work out with the fat needed like ground beef? It never crossed my mind to grind it always though it needs to be roasted or fried in some fashion.

this is a 1st for me. i usually chop it with a cleaver.  it took me 40 minutes to "fillet" all the meat off of 3 squirrels and 5 minutes to run it through the grinder twice.  my last batch of squirrel tacos i pare boiled the chopped meat for 10 minutes then lightly fried it in olive oil, adding the seasoning about halfway through.  it's dry but, as you know, expected from wild game.  a couple years back i saved the grease from a goose and fried the squirrel in it.  oh man was that good!

That pistol looks amazing Scott! Love that orange. I didn't order buy or receive anything today. I'm still dragging my feet on getting a scope for the new carbine. I had a Vortex 4x16x44 FFP in my hands at scheels and realized it only focuses down to 20 yards. Then I came home and searched the internet for 2 hrs comparing and thinking.

I make my own DIY LDCs.   BTW, did not see the option for a .22 on Amazon.   Only the .25

 They have the wrong caliber listed for the model. Model 1803 is .22
 On the checkout screen, they have the caliber right.

PA sent me a $10 gift card with a time limit. I used it to buy yet another mag for the PX4. 3 mags should match well with the shot count on a C02 cart.

 I played with it, dry firing and adjusting the trigger but want to pull a few cleaning clothes through it before firing.

Nope.... I had gathered enough to use the $5 card just yesterday to buy the first mag. Then they sent me the $10 card and I bought the second mag. There are currently only 41 points left in my stash.

I want to carry my 1377, when I'm doing yard chores around my property. Hopefully the 1377 will fit. If not, it should be good to carry regular size pistols that has a laser sight.

the UPS stagecoach finally arrived from AoA with my Diana 430L, a nice looking rifle with a little "lace" figuring in the stock. the cocking force required is stout lol, but I'll get used to it. trying to decide whether to put a SIG Romeo red dot or a SeeAll sight on it.
