The silver kinda matches the rings the black matches the black... and skulls man skulls.
Got an Optimus today in .22 caliber for a project gun. Good price with cheapo scope for less than $90 brand new. Like all new spring guns from the factory, kinda crunchy, dirty barrel, trigger needs to be set, and banjo twang. But, 3 shots it was sighted in and putting the next 5 rounds almost stacked. So I'm happy with it, sure it will be even smoother and accurate after I'm done with it. Gotta love these cheap springers, if ya like to mess with them they are a diamond in the rough, and are so easy to tune up.
Bill you will have to post some pics of the Maximus with the new scope on it. I got my order from NSA today 825 33.5gr 25 cal slugs and 300 15.5gr 17 cal slugs
Amazon packing has gotten terrible in the couple of years. It seems nothing warrants packing materials any more. They must have weighed the numbers and found it cheaper to replace the damaged products than packaging them properly. Consumers and vendors will eventually tire of broken goods.
