I might be mistaken but, I think the 2289 pump arm has been discontinued. You can probly find them someplace other than Crosman but my guess is you'll pay.
You might be right about the 1389 pump arm, I didn't ask for one of those. I asked for the 2289 and they told me it had been discontinued. At that point I went to other sources. (ebay I think). I never gave the 1389 a thought.
I bought a Vigilante from the local pawn shop for $10 awhile back. It leaked the C02 as soon as you put it in. Maybe 3 shots. I ordered the kit for $15 and installed the entire kit. It workrd great. I was pretty surprised at the accuracy. My BIL developed cancer and the treatment had him so weak that he couldn't cock his Vantage NP. I felt bad when they came to visit and he had to sit and watch us shoot. I ended up giving him the Vigilante and a pair of Daisy Red Ryders we had picked up. He's not keeping up on his squirrel population but, he's shooting and smiling again. I just built my sister (his wife) a 2240 carbine. They will be in town in a week or so for a visit and to pick it up. I'm sure he will enjoy that... the squirrels, not so much.
The new 13xx series pump handle looks comfortable, and I'm pretty sure you can buy them off crosman. https://www.pyramydair.com/product/crosman-p1322-with-shoulder-stock-black?m=3608
Looking for that seal kit, here is one for $20 and free shipping.http://www.ebay.com/sch/sis.html?_nkw=CROSMAN%20357%20Seal%20Kit&_itemId=130762850753The more I think about it the more I think I ordered all the parts from Crosman. I'll keep looking. Here's another for about the same price.

Anybody needing that part use the part number I posted. FWIW the 1322 showed up with the new style grips which is cool, but I still don't like it nearly as much as the 2289 arm. Not even close. It's better design than the old arm, but still too small for me and not what I want for building a carbine. One important note is the new style pump arms on the 1322 are screwed into the linkage arm not pinned. Not sure yet how I will counter bore the plastic 2289 arm to use the screws but I will figure out something. Hopefully I won't trash the pump arm! Also that 1322 kit deal from AGD is pretty good for the money. One could actually just put a longer barrel in the 1322 by drilling out the barrel band and use it as-is. Stock breach, pump arm, and sights with the skeleton stock. The Vigilante project is a bit of a bust. I cut the 2100 barrel and tried to chamfer the lead-in like Crosman but they used a long taper cutter of some sort. I came close but not the same. The gun did not gain any noticeable power and feels weaker! Completely subjective based upon time to target and noise at impact of a metal can but not impressed. This is with a 12 inch barrel. Plus it looks silly with this long pencil barrel sticking out. If I can figure out the issue it might be worth the effort to fabricate a shroud but for now, I put the stock barrel and assembly back on it and I'm just going to enjoy plinking with it.

I'll trade you one for the new style. That way, you can swap the 1389 grip, without drilling it.
