benjamin pellets for a sheridan?

hey! am I the only one who thinks that its retarded that they sell .20 cal SHERIDAN pellets (which only fit a Sheridan and not a Benjamin) under the Benjamin name? also  recently online I saw a  .22 cal "Sheridan" 2260 ( crosman heritage 2260) I mean the Sheridan always has and always will be a .20 cal  /.5mm (bantam 5 pellets) air gun and if it's not a .20 cal its not a Sheridan.

I think Crosman wants to do away with Sheridan as a brand. I don't know what they were thinking when they came out with the 2260? Maybe it was a attempt to boost sales?

I know that's what the ^(^^%$#^ are doing, but some people like my dad didnt know what caliber it is he just knew that it fired sheridan pellets , and recently bought me some .22 pellets cause they said benjamin on the tin, I mean what if somebody hought .20's for a benjamin cause it said benjamin on the tin I mean they dont even make a '20 cal benjamin.

At the store I work at, a guy bought an umarex octane (.22) and a thing of BBs. I strongly advised him against the BBs, pointing out the caliber difference and that the gun said ".22 pellets only" and the guy bought it anyway assuring me in a very condescending manner that "any BB gun can shoot BBs...."

I'm sure at one point some kid has shot rocks out of a pumper.

the point is, if it fits, someone will shoot it. And I doubt what's on the packaging makes a big difference

Thats true, but the main issue that I have is that they're discrasing the sheridan name by putting another airguns brand on the pellets that were designed and made for sheridan airguns, not that other airguns cant be .20 cal but the benjamin is not and never will be.
