  Tell your daughter that she is an amazing young lady and we are all proud of her. Both my stepsons are leaving for their respective schools August 19 & 21 and going away to college has helped both to grow as people . I am sure that she will love the experience. That is a very cool way to find you have been accepted to a great college.

I do not think she will go there, but she just wanted to see her chances. She has decided to go to the college that offers her the best deal in the degree she wants. She is really hoping for a school with an ROTC program and let the military help pay for her education (her mom is against that).

  My younger stepson is going to SUNY New Paltz School of international studies and applied to the CIA for a Scholarship as he wants to eventually work either for the State Dept  or the UN. If he gets the scholarship he works for them in DC every summer break and for 4 years after his degree is completed

South of the Mason - Dixie line (I approve). Now to get my daughter headed that way (I just can't suggest it). She did not like Texas A&M, she thought they were all arrogant, but then again my first cousin went there & was promoted last year to a full bird.

Yes they do, but she did not like the recruiters.
