Well crapp

 I shot a gooden and he got back in the wall....  I know what this gun will do and i hit him so hard he flipped off the shelf, bounced off the wall behind him and dissapeared..   couldn't find him....  I retested the accuracy and I'm drillin .25 cal holes in a 1/4 inch square at 24 ft.   Yep.. 2 shots in the same hole.. Its now a .35 cal hole... I don't know whats up....  It should have slammed him to the floor.  The pellet passed thru the front all the way out the back of the last one, long ways.....   I guess thier like deer... They run dead unless ya break thier spine and shut off thir motor skills..

I'm going to suggest a utility knife, some joint compound and a piece of scrap drywall. Figure out where he crawled to and cut him out. It's a 15 minute repair, plus 5 minutes clean up, and then sanding a painting, if you care.

That's a pain.

The other option is to quickly borrow somebody's ferret. That WILL find the problem critter (and more), I suspect.

To bad Randall.  Amazing how sometimes critters can take a massive hit and still be able to retreat.   Maybe the other rats will eat him.
