Ron, do you have a writeup on the FDPCP bottle build? I have a XS60 laying around that I'd like to bottle and regulate down to 1000 or so psi.

No I did not do a build thread for the Bottled FD yet.
 The block I used is not a commercially available block, It is a custom job that my buddy machined out for us. It is actually a VERY nice block the way he did it. no drilling, no tapping, no pinning. It just screws on in place of the stock fill cap.
 The current bottle on it is a non-regged bottle, so basically it is only there as a larger reservouir.
 Eventually, once my QB comes in I may have him make me another to use the regged Ninja  bottle set-up.

Nice Ron.  So would your buddy be interested in making more of those sweet blocks?

He's kind of "on the fence" about making these blocks for sale.

He is not a vendor, and does not really want to become one.
 First, he dosen't want to get into a situation of obligations for producing them, and there is also the issues of liability, and safety too.
 The fear of some inexperienced kid thinking he could get one and then take it up to high pressure.
That would be very dangerous.

To produce them for sale, we would certainly need to AT LEAST add a burst disk to it, just for the "dummy proof" safety factor alone... and obviously the cost goes up with machining in an additional port, and cost of burst disk.

I know a guy who owns a machine shop and will check to see what he might charge for a small run of these... but I've got a feeling it will be cost prohibitive.
