J&P Weaver Adapters and Burris Signature Zee Rings?

 I've installed a couple sets of the J&P adapters on two different CZ rimfire's and they worked great... I already have a couple extra sets of Burris Signature Zee rings laying around, so I am tempted to order another set of adapters and give them a try on one of my spring rifles.

I'm curious if anyone has successfully used this setup on a springer air rifle?

IMHO Nope not a good idea. First off you don't have a stop pin. Delrin polymer resin is quite soft and won't take the hammering dealt out by a springer, this 11mm to weaver adapter is made of. Plus the two bolt ring caps aren't recommended either?   

 If the springer has a metal weaver/picatinny rail give the Zee rings a shot?
