Tuning for Nitrogen
«

Hi Folks,
I was thinking about re-charging from a nitrogen tank. I wondered if my guns need to be re-tuned from the settings for air, or whether air and nitrogen are close enough that it doesn't matter.
Thanks!

Air is 78% nitrogen, so I can't see it making much difference.

In the HW100, tuned to shoot at 900 fps, switching to nitrogen gained about 6 fps. Not enough to worry about. Didn't seem to make a difference in POI. It's dryer then air, and better for the gun.
