Two GTA questions

1) What time zone are the posts pegged to?  I looked at one about half an hour ago dated 5:08 pm and it is now 5:09 ET on my pc.

2)  On the new log in, when I line up the icons and hit login, my password blanks out and I get the error message.  Go back, re-enter password and I'm in.  Is this normal?  (Don't ask if I am normal.....we all know the answer to THAT one.)

That is the way it works Red on the Log In. You have to do it twice. Keeps the buggers away better dat way.

Time zones are based on individual members locations

1) server is Eastern time zone..

2) Yes, this is the new login procedure. It is designed to foul up internet bot that tries to steal user passwords.
Like young Frankenstein, this is Abi-normal.

I have the same issue each time I log in! So now I have checked the keep me logged in box, now I do not have to login again each time I visit the GTA. Not sure if that is a good idea or not. Anyone with any advice on that?

RF Same for me. After getting the error message, I just hit the back page at he top of my browser and line up the icons again. Password is all ready there.

I’m an hour off from GTA, no matter how I adjust the time in my profile.

Here's what's weird.  It is 11:56pm, Eastern Standard Time.  Shadowr1 responds to Paul's classifieds at 12:42 tomorrow.  If the server is on EST, then is Shadowr1 somewhere in the North Atlantic?  Or is the server an hour ahead?  (I'm going to go with the server being off.  It's still way too cold for swimming.   )

BTW, my post just said is it 12:59.  It's midnight on the East Coast.

I've noticed the 1 hour advanced time as well.
I kinda thought that it was the server not adjusting for the fall time change.
