Leapers service??? 3-12x44 swat

Anyone ever sent a scope in for service to Leapers? I have a 3-12x44 with a loose AO adjustment knob.
I had a UTG 80mms side wheel on it and I think the weight of it with the recoil of my D34 pro compact
Made it come loose. Just wondering if they will fix it in a timely manner??? Don't want to wait all summer to get it back. Any experience?
