I have a springer (TX200 / 22), and there is NO WAY I could shoot it like Joe or any of the other springer-shooters who've  competed!  It's a beauty.....but a beast to shoot accurately (though maybe easier @177).

My RWS 36 should be back from Lee Haire next week. I never could shoot it, that's why I got the pcp. Any suggestions besides holding it loose? I've been told not to use sandbags, do y'all agree with that?

Apparently my Tx1200 does not like JSB pellets anymore. And then there is this new haircut...

BTW, I do not shoot when winds are at 15-20 mph. These are my prime grooming conditions. The wind like that removes dry leaves and twigs from my hair really nicely. Joe you are lucky you don't have that problem, so you can devote more time to your hobby.

Wow ..... I only post this target because I decided to lose .... in the most humiliating way possible.     I tried ... couldn't handle the trigger well today. What is really bad is that my son-in-law decided to join us, and he beat me.  His target is posted here also.  Now I have to hear his smack talk for 2 weeks!

LOL  , Thanks for the humor.  I also would NOT even shoot in 15 - 20 mph winds.  No doping for that kind of wind .... just grab another beer, wait it out, or quit shooting altogether for the day.
