I did an interview recently with a reporter from the Pittsburg Tribune (he found out about me through Predator Xtreme), that is writing about the effort (and roadblock) to changing the regulations.  I bet he won't even voluntarily venture to educate himself on the technology, just sit back and take the reactive approach,  rather than proactive.

Great storey and yet again the down-side is politics Ugh! I use Air Guns Environmental Police if that was okay they had no problem. Good points in the story that politicians should be jumping for joy over are; Air Gunning unlike Firearms are far less lethal to human beings, they require tons more attention to accuracy, the lethality distance is minuscule compared to firearms, you'd never have an incident reported in the NEWS for example; a woman was sitting in her farm house kitchen when a an errant .50 Cal. pellet breech-ed her walls and killed her baby daughter. But again, politics Ugh! Need I say more. I prefer a MROD .25 Cal. with either Benjamin Pellets, or JSB Exact Kings. and I like to use Nitro Piston in .22 Cal. with Benjamin Destroyer Pellets. Happy hunting all and be safe and try to educate the public.

ok, few things going on here. 

the proposed HB263 has gone through a few changes.  its now in the Senate.  i'pm doing some research myself to figure out what exactly "laid on the table" means.  just saying.

PA is always lagging behind. No Sunday hunting. No airguns. No semi-auto rifles.

You guys should mention or write to your politicians that many other states have made hunting with airguns legal.  PA is not going to be the first.

New York allows small game hunting with airguns (any caliber >600fps since 2010), and a proposal is currently on the table that will make big game hunting legal with big bore airguns.
