I was using this gun for a couple months before the release at the SHOT Show, and threw together a short intro. I'm waiting for an off the shelf production gun to arrive before I start writing up the performance (this was prototype SN#002). So you wont see much shooting, but it's a chance for a closer looks at this very cool new gun.

That is a very interesting gun there!  Now could it be modified in a way to accept something like a shot cartridge,about like a .410?
Yes, a shorter barrel would be great for shorter distance shooting.

Probably not. It would destroy the barrel, plus you would have those folks at the American Tyranny Foundation breathing down a lot of necks they have no business in.

I believe you missunderstood what Forty was thiinking. I believe he meant loading say a .410 wad and shot into the airgun barrel. A .410 shot wad would not fit into the Texans barrel and even if it did the patterns would not be very impressive with the rifled barrel. I am currently working on putting a 28 gauge smooth bore barrel on my Sam Yang 909.

Even if he did mean to use a .410 shotshell, which he did not, the barrel is longer than 18" and total length is over 26" so it would be legal to convert it to a shotgun. If you wish to discredit them, it would be best to have the facts on your side.
