A spring compressor would be handy.  A long clamp would do with some soft wood cauls on each end.  I do my R9 and now 95 without a compressor but I use a clamp to add some slight pressure to get the 4 retaining tabs out of the rear of the receiver that that help hold the trigger block in place.  It's not difficult but if you are unsure or uneasy about it, someone out there will install it for you.  Just don't know who and it will add some cost to the project is all.
