I believe it might be a gun made in the 80's in Hungry. Anyone have any info?

You mean the 300SL?
They're just rebadged Relum Tornado's (supertornado's)
Mauser never made airguns
They were made as 'matchguns'allthough not recoilless.
They come up 4 sale every once and awhile, around the E200 mark.

There doesn't seem to be much information in English on this rifle. It is a low powered .177 that shoots about 550fps at most..
