Thanks for posting this. I missed out on the barrels that Precision was offering a while back and have wanted a new barrel for my Prod. Just bought a 14.5", hope it's a good one. Now who to have machine it?

for a unfinished barrel?
Looking at ordering one or two
and I'd prefer to get as long of a barrel as I can...
just not sure what to use to finish it?

i called a moment ago and their phone system is supposed to be having someone calling me back in a bit .........

just called back and the guy had a micrometer and a .22 18 inch barrel in hand and he measured 0.47 inches , crowned and ready for install in a FX gun . $20 for each barrel for shipping ... want 3 barrels it's $60 for shipping .

I was thinking that all the barrel are machined for FX of various models, thus they must not be up to FX standard for them to be sitting in a box and Fridrick didn't want them when he moved.  Hope it works out for tinkers. at least better then stock or Crossman barrels.

I think FX just uses their own "smooth twist" barrels exclusively,  so these might be from when they used the LW barrels.  Not necessarily seconds.  ??

 I bought 2 of those. Still have one to put in use. Trying to talk myself out of buying another one. I'll tell you this. The 15 inch .22 LW barrel I put on an 880 I converted to .22 is just an amazing barrel.

If I had not just picked up a seasoned Marlin micro groove .22 barrel I just might have jumped on a .22 barrel.  I did get in on the last deal

though for a 19" 177 barrel... so I am happy...
