Altaros regulator for 1720T acction?

I sent a message to the guys at Altaros and ask if they made a non-vented regulator for a 1720T action. Their reply was they make one for the Challanger, disco and the Marauder pistol but not sure it will fit the 1720T. Does anyone know if the valve on the 1720T is the same as on the three mentioned. The Altaros screws into the end of the valve so those threads would need to be the same. Thanks, Don

Regulator use needs sufficient plenum space, The way they build there regs with a long straw tube being a small plenum and reg out on the end .... Reg within the tang taking up a LOT of space, just MO ... but would not suggest going that route.  Air tubes are cheap enough, go conventional and drill a vent hole once plecum spacing is known.

So the pencil (Altaros) type will take up more air space than a vented (Milo) regulator with a plenum? My pea brain would have thought the vented type would take up more space. I had this issue in my S200, and for some reason, got 1/2 the shots with the vented compared to the pencil type. Any idea what I did wrong? Thanks, Don

Set point pressure of the reg changes the valve dwell specs ... that would be the first place to look IMO.
