tuning disco help

Hi I have a disco 22 a big bore recluse and a mrod 25. I tuned    both my recluse and my mrod. I want tune my disco now . I want about 20 shots about 20 to 25 ftlbs.I would like to stay at 2500 psi or less shooting jsb express pellets 14 grains . I don't know where to start do I need to install a adjustable hammer and power adjuster?would the Bhb mod help? Any help would be great thanks
