Who would you recommend - TUNER

I have a Diana RWS 300R and want to have it TUNED, and now that Charlie daTuna has retired, who would be the BEST ?  The names I see on the websites is either Spring Gunning at www.springgunning.com or either a gentleman named Ed Ehrisman (SHADOW) at Springer Pro Tunes & Custom Camo.  I just found this forum and am new at this. 

The Spring Gunning company is very expensive and takes a lot of time to have the work and Springer Pro Tunes are a lot lower, what is the diffrence between the others, if you know ? Thanks !
