Edward
I do not have a MKIII anymore but I do think the only difference is in the notches
I do have some thoughts in the back of my brain that there might be a slight difference in dimension of bore. I could be wrong but I do recall something regarding seals fitting tighter in one & not in the other but again I am not sure anymore since I fell head over heals in love my my old MKII UK stroke & sold all my others
I will check with a good friend in UK right now for you & find out the nitty gritty
As Dustin has mentioned above it does appear to have the same part # for both models

Alright
Been told the same as above
Tubes can vary however the parachute seals will cover for the most part
However in some rifles that have what would be called tight tubes some fitting of seal may be needed but it has been my experience that just fitting the seals as is (stock) form is best however if your piston is dropping into tube when placed in upright position that is a good sign that your tube is oversized & getting the seal set from JM would be your best bet to get one that fits well
Have fun with that TX
They are great! rifles as I am sure you already know.. lol
