am concerned with why you chose to use WD-40 though. That will definitely cause dieseling unlike the better and safer to use GOO-GONE. But back to the whistling, have you tried another tin yet? Perhaps it is only that tin that is doing it?
I have some RWS super points that whistle all the way to the target.
The whistling may be due to the fact that they don't know the words ..... oh, wait, that is if your pellet is humming, not whistling. SorryJust a poor attempt at some humor ....
