Sports match Mount (what did I just get in the mail?) confused?

Did I get sent the wrong mount? Or am I just dense?




Assuming that this is in fact the wrong scope mount can anyone suggest something else that will work that I could pick up at Cabela's or a gun shop here local?

I tried to order the BKL 260d7 but that didn't work out.

For what gun?
I have the same mount and it is for my Patriot.

If you ordered a mount for old Webley's or FWB's that require a cross bar then you received the proper mount. So the answer would be dense.
What gun are you trying to scope? What size is the scope objective?

I'm trying to mount a Hawke 4-12x50 on my HW90

I originally ordered a BKL 260d7 but even though they said it was in stock apparently they did not have any. So they subbed me a Sportsmatch mount. This is what showed up.

Then you got the wrong mount .

Then you need the HOP16C/26C or the DM60. Send it back.

Dampa Mount DM60 is what I thought I was getting. On the AOA site I just found quite a few of the models that Sportsmatch sells. But I was using the Sportsmatch home site which is severely lacking in model information. The contact from the vendor I went through just said he was upgrading me.

Really wanted to get this scope sighted in.

so where did they screw that order up I might wanta avoid them in the future thats not even a close substitute for a BKL 260-D7.

two scenarios both aint good

1.  If they think it is a sub for BKL260-D7 they clueless

2.  If they that sloppy and screwed up sending wrong one and meant a Dampa mount

Any of you guys have an opinion on an 11mm to weaver adapter? And then I could easily find weaver rings here in town.

The BKL 568 dovetail to weaver is an excellent product.  Here it is with medium-high Burris signature zee rings holding a Legend 5-15x40mm (top rifle):

That mount is made to fit two gun makes. Some Webleys and most FWB's. The cross-pin arrangement is for those guns and acts as a stop pin that fits in a recess between the grooves. That is the Perfect mount for a Webley Patriot.

Hawke on HW90 or 80 would be best to use a 20 minute drooper one piece.HIGH.

BKL has the best riser 566MB $32 per pair.

You'll still need 20 minutes droop so you'll need to find that in the Hawkes adjustment if you don't use a drooper mount. I'd get the lowest possible weavers to go on the 566MB or you will be too high.
