Very common issue when reassembling the Quatro. The part that gets you is the way the lower sear drops after you put the pin back in. Most folks like to lift the sear back up, which doesn't work and ends up causing the gun to not want to cock. Let the sear drop loose after you get the pin back in.
If you still have trouble, remove the spring, put the trigger assembly back in, then cock the rifle while it is out of the stock and watch how the trigger behaves. That should show you what happens and what to do.

Took a moment to check out the links. At the moment I wont remove them because this is not my gate to moderate. I will however warn against following the advice and examples shown in those links. The author is banned from GTA, and just watching his videos reminded me why. Replacing a trigger sear pin with a smaller one that introduces slop into the sear operation is one good example. It does not matter if replacing it makes it easier to put the assembly back together, and that is a poor reason to make such a change, and it degrades the operation of the sear. Put it together properly, or leave it alone. Another is advising to polish entire sear surfaces, including critical friction points. Another is advising to load a trigger assembly with grease. Please, DO NOT take what is there as sound advice. Quatro triggers can easily produce dangerous misfire conditions if not properly serviced and assembled.

But nobody said he wanted to replace the pin. He wanted to know how to put his back together. Oh well, I tried. Didn't know the guy was banned.
