I purchased a Benjamin 72ci tank to only find that the fill station from my Ninja 90ci tank would not work. The valves are different. So I purchased a Ninja paintball remote with a slide check to fill my pistol. The check works but was not really designed for 2000 psi as paintball is only 850psi. It keeps blowing the orings out. I lost 1000psi the first time which dropped the tank psi under any usable fill pressure. Had to run to the paintball field to get it refilled. I contacted Ninja to see if I could purchase the bleed block they have on their 90ci tank fill station but said they did not sell it separately. So I decided to make my own block.
The block is made from 7075 aluminum, the bleed screw is 17-4 stainless and I used PEEK for the seal. I had to purchase one short hose to connect the block to the tank valve.

Nice work !
So, you are using that with "2000 psi" ?
Looks like it should be plenty strong.

Thanks
Yes it's on my 2000psi reg'ed bottle and I'm sure it would work fine on my 3000psi reg'ed bottle as well.
