My HiLite SE shoots 18s at 905avg FPS or 32.93 ft/lb. make sure your chrono is set to the proper distance. Mine defaults to 24in. but the sensors are 18in. My results were down 30% which parallels your results.
Thought daystate is supposed to have a sheet that the rifle was tested..? Tells you the FPS and they include a picture of the grouping. Good luck.. still believe the cricket is superior.
5mmx1.5mm oring (if it hasn't changed. It would bother "me" if my dealer didn't know the rifles they sold any better than that. Nice of you to educate them like that, maybe they would like to give you a few tins of pellets for saving them a TON of future complaints? You might also go ahead and contact daystate just to (politely) inform them of this as many a person wont figure out this simple problem and this will lead to returns and poor word of mouth advertising for them.John
Glad you found problemThis really is BAD PR for daystate and I would think they would like to hear from you about this.Who knows they should show you some appreciation.
